snow in new england?

oh my god, it's december in new england and it's snowing. they've been touting this storm all week. you had time to buy a pallet of bread and 40 gallons of milk at costco...but somehow, it came as a real surprise when you left work "early" at 4 and sat in traffic for 6 hours because everyone was freaking out about this strange white matter falling from the sky.
