more snow day!!
it's nice and icy and snowy outside. it's like a cold sugary crust of happy sealing us in our cozy house to have a fun, relaxing day of cuddling and straightening up and watching stuff on the DVR like numb3rs, and playing rockband, and napping, and having some bronx bagels and coffee, and making crabcakes and salad for dinner so we don't have to go out, and sitting together reading quietly as the sky turns night...
i love weekends at home with my brz.

UH that makes me want to puke! :)While I would love to say I had an equally idyllic day baking and relaxing with a hot cup of cocoa while the sweet smells filled the air.... NAY it was a day of the oil guy fixing our heater up. Donning all the winter apparel in my house to go out into the pouring ice rain pellets with shovel and sand in hand. Trekking to the end of our icy slushy 'unplowed for days' street so that we could dig out the scion (which made it out OK but couldn't not make it back in after the plows passed the main road). Then finally baking 8 batches of cookies and passing out. Mind you, I LOVE THIS WEATHER! What I don't love is the poorly planned and poorly funded winter weather budgets of New England! :) Glad you had a good day!
